Caption: On this day, some of the children and their parents were being rounded up to take up to the local medical clinic. There were some people who needed some care and could not afford the ride there so the TW truck was there to help. Amazingly, just as they were about to walk up to the truck, two nurses from the clinic came walking down the hill. They were there to adminster vitamins, de-wormers and probably some other things to the children. In SL, medical treatment for children under 5 and pregnant women is free! The timing couldn't have been better. The nurses walked from house to house and marked with chalk on the outside whether children lived there and if they had been treated. They also measured each childs arm to look for signs of malnutrition.
