On our first morning at TribeWanted a turtle got stuck in a fishing net.. some guys came to get us so we could see it released back into the ocean. What a great way to start the day!

my new friend!
Brothers - Cali and Alusine These two were around on most days since they were not in school. By the very end of the trip they attended their first day of school with help from TribeWanted members. School only costs about $30 a year but lots of families cannot afford it.

The first sunset and the only one we saw for a while. It was very overcast for many days after this.

This was dinner after our first day at TribeWanted - Lobster!, salad, pasta, papaya and plantains. When available, we had a choice for special meals like this - for an extra cost, but totally worth it.

Momo - he's about 5 years old. His mother, Yankin was on maternity leave from TribeWanted while we were there - she works in the kitchen. Momo is one of 3 boys in his family, all named Mohammed (Osman, Momo, Mohammed) - any guesses for the one on the way? maybe a girl?
